Return Policy

Thank you for supporting authors and independent publishers. We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, sometimes things happen—the post office mangles the package, your mom sent you a copy of a book you already had, you realize you ordered the wrong book. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at store@vanishingworldcreative.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then place the item in the original packaging and mail your return to:

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping charges. We highly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return, please allow up to seven days (7) from the receipt of your item for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Digital downloads and other digital items cannot be returned.
